I don't get what they're getting out of this, or like, what they're planning to do to make this happen.
It has to be some sort of power play thing right? Like, we don't have any villains anymore so we gotta make them, so people don't think we're useless and overthrow us? Like a gang offering "protection".
I'm not sure. I'm going to talk to the team leaders and see what I can find out, but...

It seems like whoever is calling the shots wants a heroes versus villains showdown. Whatever their reasoning, it must be important to them that the public believes in it.
You can't trust them. [this is instinctive, and he probably knows why after all of y'all heard her shouting at tiger last night.] Whatever they tell you is going to be for their benefit.
I don't know whether we can trust them, either. Some of them have been more helpful than others, but overall - at the least, I don't trust them to keep us safe. That's up to us.
But whether or not I do, they have information we don't have. We might have to sift through it and take some of it with a grain of salt, but we can't ignore it, either.
