They're not a Terran race, so really. We have some Earthlings that've worked with Rhodes Island, but I've never met them, let alone seen them. Some kind of weird rift thing I think...

Here. Mr. Lee, Aak, me, Waai Fu, Mr. Chongyue, Nian, and Ling. [ there's other named characters in the bg but i do not care to name them that requires squinting and i'm tired. ] A whole mix of different Terran races, with different amounts of visible traits. Mr. Lee and the last three are all kind of draconic races, but obviously Mr. Lee's traits are all over.
